TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW", "Company")hereby reports that on 23 February 2024 the Company's Supervisory Boardadopted resolutions to:

_#183;_#160;_#160;_#160;dismiss,as of today, Mr. Tomasz Cudny from the position of President of theManagement Board of the 11th term of office, until now also actingVice-President of the Management Board for Development,

_#183;_#160;_#160;_#160;dismiss,as of today, Mr. Sebastian Bartos from the position of Vice-President ofthe Management Board for Sales of the 11th term of office.

Reasonsfor the dismissal of the aforementioned persons were not specified.

At thesame time, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to:

_#183;_#160;_#160;_#160;seconda Supervisory Board Member Mr. Paweł Rostkowski to perform temporarilythe duties of the President of the Management Board of the 11th term ofoffice, at the same time appointing him as acting Vice-President of theManagement Board for Development. The period of secondment has been setfor the time from 23 February 2024 to 22 May 2024 inclusively, thoughfor no longer than until the date when the President of the ManagementBoard is appointed, subject to Article 383§1 of the Commercial Company Code,

_#183;_#160;_#160;_#160;appointingMr. Robert Ostrowski as acting Vice-President of the Management Boardfor Sales in the period from 23 February 2024 to the date of appointmentof Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales. In the above periodMr. Robert Ostrowski will also remain Vice-President of the JSWManagement Board for Financial Matters.

TheCompany published other information about Paweł Rostkowski, required bythe Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on theCurrent and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers [...]in Current Report No. 7/2024 dated 15 February 2024.

Atthe same time, the JSW Management Board reports that, in accordance withthe submitted representations,Mr.Paweł Rostkowskiisnot involved in any activities competitive to those he performs at JSW,he is not a partner or shareholder in any competing civil law company,partnership or capital company, nor is he involved in any othercompetitive legal person as a member of its governing body. He is notentered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to theprovisions of the National Court Register Act and in the NationalRegister of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018on the National Register of Indebted Persons.

Inaddition, the JSW Management Board hereby reports that the JSW S.A.Supervisory Board of the 11th term of office was officially formed atthe Supervisory Board meeting on23February 2024,as a resultof whichthe composition of the Supervisory Board is as follows:
