["JSW", "Company"],in reference to Current Report No. 4/2024 of 30 January 2024, reportsthat on 20 March 2024, the Investor Meeting of the JSW StabilizationClosed-end Investment Fund ["FIZ", "Fund"] adopted a resolution toextend the duration of the FIZ until 30 December 2027 [which is 3 yearscompared to the date when the Fund was established]. The resolutioncomes into force on the date of its adoption.
