Body of the Report:

TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company", "JSW"]hereby reports that today the Company's Extraordinary ShareholderMeeting ["ESM"] adopted a resolution to appoint on 4 April 2024 Mr.Paweł Bieszczad (elected by JSW's employees) to the Company'sSupervisory Board in the 11th term of office.

Atthe same time, the Company hereby provides information about theeducation, qualifications and previous positions, together with adescription of the career of the newly appointed Supervisory Boardmember.

Mr.Paweł Bieszczad is a graduate of the AGH University of Science andTechnology in Kraków. In 2004, he obtained the_#160;degree of mining engineermajoring in Automation and Robotics. He also completed post-graduatestudies "Master of Business Administration" organized by the WSB Academyfrom Dąbrowa Górnicza, Branch Faculty in Cieszyn.

Mr.Paweł Bieszczad has been professionally associated with JSW since thebeginning of his career.Since 2005, he has gained experience in KWKPniówek, initially working as an intern, then supervisor and shiftforeman in the ICT Unit and also dispatcher in the Power EngineeringDepartment.Currentlyemployed in the position of senior foreman for ICT and automationequipment. Mr. Paweł Bieszczad completed numerous specialist courses andcontinuing education and, among others, passed an exam for candidatesfor supervisory board members in State Treasury companies.

Mr.Paweł Bieszczad served as a workforce representative on the JSWSupervisory Board of the 10th term of office from 2018 to 2020.

Accordingto his declarations, Mr. Paweł Bieszczad does not conduct activitycompetitive to that of the Company, nor is he involved in any competingcompany as a partner in a civil law company or partnership or as amember of a corporate body of a capital company, or participate inanother competing legal person as a member of its corporate body. Inaddition, he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors keptpursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act and in theNational Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons.
