The Management Board ofJastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"] hereby reports thaton 10 December 2025 it decided to publish data on the achievement of theTechnical and Economic Plan targets for the month of November 2025,which are presented in the appendix to this current report.
