Subject: Update of information on JSW's operating assumptions for coalproduction in 2026.
Body of the report:
With reference to Current Report No. 102/2025, the Management Board ofJastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW"] hereby reports that on 1 April2026, following analyses conducted in the production and commercialareas, it updated the production target for 2026. The projected totalannual coal production in 2026 will amount to approximately 13.3 milliontons.
The update to JSW S.A.'s production target for 2026 is due to a reducedproduction forecast at the Pniówek Coal Mine resulting from a delay inlaunching the mining of longwall N-9. The delay was caused by a gas[methane] and rock outburst and a group accident that occurred on 22December 2025 during the drilling of the N-9 rise gallery. Followingthis incident, the Director of the Regional Mining Authority in Rybniksuspended drilling of this rise gallery until specialized units completetheir analyses and the Mining Hazards Commission at the State MiningAuthority issues an opinion on the new preventive measures planned forthe drilling of the new rise gallery. This will result in postponing thelaunch of mining in the longwall from May to November this year.
