Notification of transactions of a person discharging managerialresponsibilities

The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. based in Warsaw ("theCompany", "the Issuer"), hereby informs that on 9 July 2018 the Companyreceived a notification of transactions of a person dischargingmanagerial responsibilities in the Company.

The notification was made by Mr. Paweł Opoka, the Vice President of theCompany.
