EXECUTION OF ATRANSACTION BASED ON THE EMI LICENSE PASSPORT

The ManagementBoard of Aforti Holding S.A. with registered office in Warsaw,hereinafter referred to as the _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot; in reference to thecurrent report RB ESPI 64/2021 of December 23, 2021, informs that todayit received information from Aforti PLC, a subsidiary with registeredoffice in Great Britain that on June 21, 2022 a company from the AfortiCapital Group (hereinafter the _quot;Group_quot;) EPMAP Limited based in Cyprusmade the first payment transaction with currency exchange for an entitylocated in Romania as a result of passporting a license for an EUElectronic Money Institution pursuant to the applicable directives EU onPayment Services and Electronic Money (_quot;EMI_quot;).

The above event isa confirmation of the commencement of operating activities under the EMILicense in Romania.

Passporting theEMI license allows to implement the strategy of the Aforti CapitalGroup, according to which the Group develops its operations in 11countries of Central and Eastern Europe, offering services, includingcurrency exchange, factoring, running multi-currency accounts andcurrency transfers.
