Activitiesrelated to the implementation of the Issuer's strategy
TheManagement Board of Aforti Holding S.A., headquartered in Warsaw(hereinafter: _quot;the Company_quot;, _quot;the Issuer_quot;) informs that on September 20,2022, it decided to postpone further activities related to theimplementation of the Issuer's strategy in the area of asset managementbusiness development to 2023. The decision was made after the Issueranalyzed its organizational capabilities and prospects for furtherdevelopment of the Issuer's Capital Group, particularly those resultingfrom the active development of the EMI project, as well as the dynamicdevelopment of activities in the area of debt collection and foreignexchange.
Theorganizational, technological, and legal solutions held by the Issuer'sCapital Group, including the obtained notification allowing forcross-border operations in all 29 countries of the European EconomicArea (about which the Issuer informed in the current report ESPI No.64/2021 of December 23, 2021) enable the development of activitiescurrency exchange platforms and the EMI project, providing services tosmall and medium-sized enterprises. The decision to postpone activitiesrelated to the development of the asset management area to the next yearis also a result of the great interest of potential clients in the debtcollection and currency exchange offer. In order to optimally use itsresources, the Issuer made the above decision, which will allow it tofocus on the development of services currently offered by the Issuer'sCapital Group. The purpose of such activities is to rapidly increase thescale of business conducted by the Issuer's subsidiaries in the marketsof _#8203;_#8203;factoring, debt collection, currency exchange, and the EMI project.
Inconnection with the above, the Issuer will immediately proceed torenegotiate the agreements concluded with Alpine Limited related to thepurchase of shares in Mori Capital Management Limited, that the Issuerinformed in the current report ESPI No. 20/2022.
