Delegation of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company totemporarily carry out the duties of a member of the Management BoardTheManagement Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that theSupervisory Board of the Company at a meeting on 5 September 2016delegated Member of the Supervisory Board Dominik Hunek to temporarilycarry out the duties of a member of the Management Board - the VicePresident of the Management Board of the Company (Development), duringthe period from 6 September 2016 to 6 December 2016.

Information regarding Dominik Hunek and applicable declarations werepublished in regulatory filing No. 6/2016 dated 22 January 2016(Information on Members of the Supervisory Board appointed on 18 January2016 by the Extraordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.) andare valid as at the date of publication of this report.

At the same time, in reference to regulatory filing no. 30/2016 dated 2September 2016, the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announcesthat on 5 September 2016 the Board of Directors of KGHM Internationalappointed Mirosław Biliński as President of KGHM International,effective as of 6 September 2016 or such later date on which MirosławBiliński first obtains a valid Canadian work permit.
