Resignation from the delegation of a Member of the Supervisory Board ofthe Company to temporarily carry out the duties of a member of themanagement board

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 28September 2016, at 12.20 PM, Dominik Hunek submitted his resignationfrom the delegation to temporarily carry out the duties of a member ofthe management board - the Vice President of the Management Board of theCompany (Development), and resumed his duties in the Supervisory Boardas part of his functions as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A.
