Appointment of a Member of the Management Board of the Company

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that theSupervisory Board of the Company, at its meeting on 9 November 2016,appointed Michał Jezioro as Vice President of the Management Board(Development).

Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board, as requiredby the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009regarding current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognising as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided by theCompany at a later date in the form of an individual regulatory filing.
