Resignation from the function of Member of the Supervisory Board of theCompany

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 6December 2016 Miłosz Stanisławski submitted his resignation from thefunction of Member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

The reason for this resignation is the desire to apply for a managerialposition within the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group.
