Change in the publication date of the consolidated quarterly financialreport for 1Q 2017

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces a change in thepublication date of the consolidated quarterly financial report for 1Q2017.

The report will be published on 5 May 2017.

Legal basis: § 103 sec. 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information published byissuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Lawsfrom 2009 no. 33 item 259 as amended).
