Resignation of a Member of the Management Board of the Company

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 31 May2017, Piotr Walczak submitted his resignation from the function of VicePresident of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.(Production), effective as of 13 June 2017.
