Change in the publication date of periodic reports for 2017

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces a change in thepublication date of the following periodic reports for 2017:

- Annual report for 2017;

- Consolidated annual report for 2017; and

- Consolidated report on payments made to governments.

The aforementioned reports will be published on 14 March 2018.

Legal basis: § 103 sec. 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information published byissuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Lawsfrom 2009 no. 33 item 259 as amended).
