Changes in the composition of the Management Board of the Company

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 10March 2018, the Supervisory Board of the Company dismissed the followingpersons from the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.:

• Radosław Domagalski-Łabędzki, President of the Management Board;

• Michał Jezioro, Vice President of the Management Board.

The Supervisory Board set the number of 9th-term Management Boardmembers at 3 Members of the Management Board.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board assigned:

- the duties of President of the Management Board to Rafał Pawełczak,Vice President of the Management Board (Development), until theappointment of a President of the Management Board followingqualification proceedings.

- the duties of Vice President of the Management Board (InternationalAssets) to Stefan Świątkowski, Vice President of the Management Board(Finance), until the appointment of a Vice President of the ManagementBoard (International Assets) following qualification proceedings.

Rafał Pawełczak and Stefan Świątkowski will continue to fulfil thefunctions assigned to them to date on the Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A.

The Company published the CVs of Rafał Pawełczak and Stefan Świątkowskiin regulatory filings, respectively, no. 3/2017 dated 7 February 2017and no. 11/2016 dated 26 February 2016.
