Changes in the composition of the Management Board of the Company

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 22 June2018 the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed, as of the day ofending the General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. approving thefinancial statements for the financial year ending on 31 December 2017,for a period of 3 years, that is for the 10th term, the followingpersons to the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.:

• Marcin Chludziński as the President of the Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A.,

• Katarzyna Kreczmańska-Gigol as a Member of the Management Board ofKGHM Polska Miedź S.A., assigning her the duties of Vice President ofthe Management Board (Finance) as of the day of ending theaforementioned General Meeting,

• Radosław Stach as a Member of the Management Board of KGHM PolskaMiedź S.A., assigning him the duties of Vice President of the ManagementBoard (Production) as of the day of ending the aforementioned GeneralMeeting,

Moreover, the Supervisory Board decided to annul the qualificationproceedings with respect to the positions of Vice President of theManagement Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (Development) and VicePresident of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.(International Assets).

Information on the appointed Members of the Management Board, asrequired by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018regarding current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognising as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided by theCompany at a later date in the form of an individual regulatory filing.
