Supplementary information to the ManagementBoard's Report on the activities of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and of theKGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group in 2018

The Management Board of KGHM Polska MiedźS.A. announces that, as a result of a recommendation of the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority Office, received in writing dated 17April 2019, number DSP.4550.8.2019.JB, it has today adopted a resolutionin which it accepted supplementary information, as described in § 70sec. 6 point 5 (l) and (m), and in § 71 sec. 5 of the Decree of theMinister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodicinformation published by issuers of securities and conditions forrecognising as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state, to the Corporate Governance Statement, representingappendix no. 1 to the Management Board's Report on the activities ofKGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group in 2018,published on 14 March 2019 in the annual report for 2018 and theconsolidated annual report for 2018.

This supplementary information is anappendix to this regulatory filing.
