Resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 23October 2019 the Company received a letter from Janusz Kowalskiannouncing his resignation from the function of Member of theSupervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., effective as of 11 November2019.
