Change in the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") herebyannounces that on 26 November 2020 the Extraordinary General Meeting ofKGHM Polska Miedź S.A. appointed Przemysław Darowski, elected insupplementary elections by the Employees of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.Group, to the 10th term Supervisory Board of the Company.

The Company hereby provides attached information on the Member of theSupervisory Board appointed today by the Extraordinary General Meetingof KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
