Main assumptions of the Budget for 2021

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("Company") announcesthat on 28 January 2021, the Supervisory Board of the Company approvedKGHM Polska Miedź S.A.'s Budget and the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group'sBudget for 2021. The Management Board of the Company hereby providesattached the main budgetary assumptions.
