Member of the Management Board of the Company not taking part in theon-going qualification proceedings

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that the Memberof the Management Board of the Company, Katarzyna Kreczmańska-Gigol -Vice President of the Management Board (Finance), resigned from takingpart in the on-going qualification proceedings for the position of theMember of the 11th term Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

Legal basis: § 5 point 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published byissuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Lawsof 2018, item 757).
