Main assumptions of the Budget for 2024

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") announcesthat on 28 December 2023, the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska MiedźS.A. approved the Budget of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and of the KGHMPolska Miedź S.A. Group for 2024. The Management Board of the Companyhereby provides attached the main budgetary assumptions.
