Change in the publication date of periodic reports

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., in reference toregulatory filing no. 23/2023 dated 18 December 2023, announces a changein the publication date of the following periodic reports:

- annual report for 2023 - from 27 March 2024 to 24 April 2024;

- consolidated annual report for 2023 - from 27 March 2024 to 24 April2024;

- consolidated report on payments to governments for 2023 - from 27March 2024 to 24 April 2024.
