Dismissalof a Member of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

TheManagement Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") announcesthat on 9 April 2025 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted aresolution on the dismissal of Iga Dorota Lis, the Vice President of theManagement Board (International Assets) from the 11thtermManagement Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. upon adoption of theresolution.
