Changes in the composition of the Management Board of KGHM Polska MiedźS.A.

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") announcesthat on 2 June 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Company decided todismiss all Members of the 11th term Management Board of KGHM PolskaMiedź S.A. upon adoption of the resolution:

1) Andrzej Szydło - President of the Management Board,

2) Mirosław Laskowski - Vice President of the Management Board(Production),

3) Piotr Krzyżewski - Vice President of the Management Board (Finance),

4) Zbigniew Bryja - Vice President of the Management Board (Development),

5) Piotr Stryczek - Vice President of the Management Board (CorporateAffairs).

Simultaneously, the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announcesthat on 2 June 2025, the Company's Supervisory Board appointed thefollowing persons to the 12th term Management Board of KGHM Polska MiedźS.A.:

1) Andrzej Szydło as the President of the Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A.,

2) Piotr Stryczek as the Vice President of the Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A. (Corporate Affairs),

3) Piotr Krzyżewski as the Vice President of the Management Board ofKGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (Finance),

4) Mirosław Laskowski as the Vice President of the Management Board ofKGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (Production),

5) Zbigniew Bryja as the Vice President of the Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A. (Development),

6) Anna Sobieraj-Kozakiewicz as the Vice President of the ManagementBoard of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (International Assets).

Information on the appointed Members of the Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A., as required by the Decree of the Minister of Financedated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state, will be providedat a later date in the form of an individual current report.
