Changeof publication date of the Periodic Report for the first quarter of 2020.

The Management Board ofKorporacja Gospodarcza EFEKT S.A. with its registered office in Kraków,(hereinafter: the "Issuer" "Company"), with reference to the currentreport No. 3/2020 of 30 January 2020 on the schedule for submittingperiodic reports in 2020, and the current report ESPI 15/2020 from onApril 19, 2020 informs about the change in the date of publishing theindividual report and the consolidated quarterly report for the firstquarter of 2020.Thepublication date of the individual and consolidated quarterly report forthe first quarter of 2020 was changed in current report No. 15/2020 asat July 31, 2020.Thenew deadlines for submitting the periodic report referred to above are:

- individual andconsolidated report for the first quarter of 2020 - 28.07.2020.

Other dates andinformation indicated in current report no. 3/2020 do not change as oftoday.Detailedlegal basis:§21section 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance ondetermining other deadlines for performing certain reporting andinformation obligations of April 7, 2020 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item622) in conjunction from § 80 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Ministerof Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing asequivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
