Title: Appointment of supervising person

Contents of the report:

The Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. ("Issuer","Company") acting in accordance with § 5 sec. 1 item. 22 and § 28 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February2009on current and periodic information submitted by the issuers of banksecurities as well as the terms of deeming equivalent the informationrequired by the regulations of the country not being the member state(Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended)informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company at a meeting heldtoday i.e. 30 May 2017 appointed Mr. Bogdan Dzudzewicz totheSupervisory Board of the Company to perform function of Vice- Chairmanof the Supervisory Board. Appointment was executed by co-optation.

Appointing the new member of the Supervisory Board ofthe Company was consequence of resignation of Mr. Tomasz Karpiński,about which the Company informed in current report no. 26/2017 dated 16May 2017.

According to the statements submitted to the CompanyMr. Bogdan Dzudzewicz:

--do not conductactivity competitive to that of Kredyt Inkaso S.A.

--is not associates of other legalentities or partnershipscompetitiveto the Kredyt Inkaso S.A.

--do not participate in the governingbodies and they are not associates of other legal entities orpartnershipscompetitive tothe Kredyt Inkaso S.A.;

--is not listed in the Register ofInsolvent Debtors, kept on the basis of the Act of 20 September 1997 onthe National Court Register
