The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") reports that on April18th 2016 it was notified that its subsidiary, InvestCapital Malta Ltd.,won an auction to purchase a debt portfolio from BIGBANK AS ConsumerFinance SE of Madrid.

The portfolio's face value is approximately EUR 3m (or PLN 12,9m at themid-exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland on April 18th2016).
