Further to Current Report No. 84/2016 of February 25th 2016 on the issueof bonds, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company", the"Issuer") announces that on August 10th 2016 it became aware ofsuccessful placement by the Dealer, acting on behalf of the Issuer, ofthe Series AA3 unsecured bearer bonds (the "Bonds") and their entry inthe Depositary Register. Based on the information, the Company'sManagement Board concluded that the Bond issue was successful and that20,000 Bonds had been allotted, each with a nominal value per bond equalto the issue price of EUR 1,000 (with a total value amounting to EUR20m).
