Subject: Resolution of the WSE Management Board to admit Series AB4bonds to trading

Further to Current Report No. 92/2016 of October 5th 2016 on theregistration of Series AB4 bonds of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") with theCentral Securities Depository of Poland, the Management Board of theCompany announces that on October 14th 2016 the Management Board of theWarsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE") passed Resolution No. 1070/2016 on theadmission of Series AB4 bearer bonds of the Company to trading on theCatalyst market ("Resolution ").

By Resolution, the Management Board of the WSE, acting pursuant to Par.3.1 and 3.7 of the WSE Rules, decided that 350,000 Series AB4 bearerbonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, beadmitted to trading on the main market.
