The Management Board of KRUK S.A. of Wrocław (the "Company") announcesthat today is was notified of an announcement of the OperationsDepartment of the Central Securities Depository of Poland ("CSDP"),dated February 23rd 2017. According to the announcement, on February27th 2017 CSDP will register the Company securities assigned ISIN codeNo. PLKRK0000010. The registration will be effected pursuant to the CSDPManagement Board's Resolution No. 100/17 of February 17th 2017, and willconcern 1,000,000 Series G ordinary bearer shares in the Company, with apar value of PLN 1 per share.
