Subject: Subsidiary wins tender for a debt portfolio on the Italianmarket

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that on June1st 2017 it was notified that its subsidiary, ItaCapital s.r.l. of Milan("ItaCapital"), was chosen in a tender as purchaser of a NPL portfolioof consumer loans on the Italian market (the "Portfolio"). ThePortfolio's face value is approximately EUR 131,7m (of PLN 551m at themid-rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for June 1st 2017). Theconclusion of the relevant agreement regarding the purchase of thePortfolio is contingent upon the successful conclusion of thenegotiations between the parties and reaching an agreement on thecommercial terms thereof. In case of the conclusion of the agreement,the Company will release a separate report in that respect.
