Further to Current Report No. 31/2017 of June 1st 2017, the ManagementBoard of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today, June 19th 2017,the Company's subsidiary ItaCapital s.r.l. of Milan ( the Buyer) hassigned binding agreement (Agreement) with Deutsche Bank S.p.A. of Milan.The Agreement provides for the acquisition of unsecured consumer loandebt with a total nominal value of approximately EUR 131.7m (PLN 555m,translated at the mid-exchange rate quoted by the National Bank ofPoland for June 19th 2017). The Agreement is subject to a conditionprecedent that the debts covered by the Agreement will be assigned tothe Buyer upon payment of the Price.
