Subject: Correction of information about financial auditor

Text of the report:

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) hereby publishes acorrection of information about the auditor of the interim condensedseparate financial statements of KRUK S.A. and the interim condensedconsolidated financial statements of the KRUK Group, announced by theCompany on September 5th 2017. The correction is needed because of anobvious clerical error in the details of the audit firm given in theauditor's report. The incorrect wording was: KPMG Audyt Spółka zograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k.; ul. Inflancka 4A; 00-189 Warsaw,Poland, Reg.
