Further to Current Report No. 10/2018 of March 23rd 2018, the ManagementBoard of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today the Company'ssubsidiary PROKURA NS FIZ (the Buyer) has signed agreement with Bank BGŻBNP Paribas S.A. (Agreement, the Bank). Under the Agreement, PROKURA NSFIZ purchased from the Bank an unsecured retail debt and corporatesecured debt with an aggregate nominal value of PLN 384 m. The debtscovered by the Agreement will be assigned to the Buyer on the Agreementexecution date. The Agreement does not provide for any significantcontractual penalties. Other terms and conditions of the Agreement donot differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
