The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that onSeptember 3rd 2018 it was notified by its subsidiary, ItaCapital S.r.l.of Milan, Italy, that it had won the tender to purchase an unsecuredretail debt portfolio on the Italian market. The portfolio's face valueis approximately EUR 302m (or PLN 1,3bn at the mid-rate quoted by theNational Bank of Poland for September 3rd 2018). The relevant agreementrelated to the tender will be announced by the Company promptly afterits execution in a separate report.
