Further to Current Report No. 36/2018 of October 9th 2018 on the issueof bonds, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company", the"Issuer") announces that on October 12th 2018 it became aware ofsuccessful placement by the Dealer, acting on behalf of the Issuer, ofthe Series AE3 unsecured bearer bonds (the "Bonds") and their entry inthe depositary register. Based on the information, the Company'sManagement Board concluded that the Bond issue was successful and that35.000 Bonds had been allotted, each with a nominal value per bond equalto the issue price of PLN 1,000 (with a total value amounting to PLN35m). The Bonds will bear interest at 3M WIBOR plus a fixed margin of350 basis points.
