Subject: Execution of credit facility agreement with ING Bank Śląski

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that onDecember 20th 2018 a credit facility agreement was concluded by theCompany and its subsidiary PROKURA NS FIZ with ING Bank Śląski S.A. (the"Agreement"). The Agreement provides for the credit facility in thetotal amount of PLN 200m to finance or refinance purchase of debtportfolios (the "Credit Facility"). The Credit Facility bears interestset on arm's length basis based on WIBOR. The Credit Facility is grantedfor a period ending on December 20th 2023.
