Further to Current Report No. 8/2019 of March 11th 2019 on the SixthPublic Bond Programme (the "Sixth Programme"), the Management Board ofKRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that on July 5th 2019 it wasnotified of the approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authorityof the Company's prospectus prepared for the purposes the SixthProgramme.
