Further to Current Report No. 52/2019 of December 13th 2019, theManagement Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today, theCompany's subsidiary ItaCapital s.r.l. of Milan (the Buyer) has signedbinding agreement (Agreement) with Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. of Turin. TheAgreement provides for the acquisition of unsecured consumer loan debtwith a total nominal value of approximately EUR 75m (PLN 321m,translated at the mid-exchange rate quoted by the National Bank ofPoland for December 20th 2019).
