Acting pursuant to Par. 80.1 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of March 29th 2018 on current and periodic information (the"Regulation"), the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company")announces the release dates for the Company's full-year and interimreports to be published in the financial year 2021:

- Separate and consolidated full-year reports for 2020 will be publishedon March 25th 2021,

- Consolidated Q1 2021 report will be published on May 6th 2021,

- Consolidated H1 2021 report will be published on September 8th 2021,and

- Consolidated Q3 2021 report will be published on November 3th 2021.

The Company further announces that in 2021 it will continue to publishconsolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financialinformation referred to in Par. 62.1 of the Regulation and aconsolidated half-year report containing condensed half-year financialstatements referred to in Par. 62.3 of the Resolution instead ofseparately publishing quarterly and half-year consolidated and separatereports.

The Company also announces that pursuant to Par. 79.2 of the Regulation,it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q2 and Q4 2021.
