The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today,the Company's subsidiary, InvestCapital Ltd. has signed an agreementwith Cofidis S.A. Sucural en Espana, Barcelona (Agreement).

Under the Agreement, InvestCapital Ltd. purchased from Cofidis S.A.Sucural en Espana an unsecured retail debt portfolio with an aggregatenominal value of EUR 91m. (PLN 415m at the mid exchange rate quoted bythe National Bank of Poland for May 7th 2021). Terms and conditions ofthe Agreement do not differ from those commonly used in agreements ofsuch type.
