Subject: Execution of debt assignment agreement on Romanian market

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that todaythe agreement (the "Agreement") was concluded between the Company'ssubsidiary - InvestCapital LTD of Malta, and UniCredit ConsumerFinancing IFN S.A. of Bucharest, Romania. The Agreement provides for thepurchase of debt portfolios comprising unsecured consumer loans, with anaggregate nominal value of up to RON 240m (PLN 224m translated at theaverage exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for December24th 2021). The Agreement stipulates that the debt portfolios will bepurchased in 24 monthly tranches. Terms and conditions of the Agreementdo not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
