Further to Current Report No. 39/2023 of May 22nd 2023 on the TenthPublic Bond Programme (the "Tenth Programme"), the Management Board ofKRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that today it was notified of theapproval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on July 11th 2023of the Company's prospectus prepared for the purposes the TenthProgramme.
