The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company" or "Issuer") announcesthat the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE"), byResolution No. 1135/2023 of October 16th 2023 on the introduction totrading on the Catalyst market of Series AO2 bearer bonds issued by KRUKS.A., decided as follows:

1) that 900,000 Series AO2 bearer bonds issued by KRUK S.A, with anominal value of PLN 100 per bond, assigned by the Central SecuritiesDepository of Poland code _#8216;PLKRK0000788', will be introduced to tradingon the main market as of October 18th 2023;

2) that the bonds specified above will be listed in the continuoustrading system under ticker symbol "KRU1028".
