The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that CentralSecurities Depository of Poland (the "CSDP") said in its Statement No.241/2024 of March 6th 2024 that the 700,000 Series AO7 bearer bonds ofthe Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000846(the "Bonds"), will be registered within three days of the receipt bythe CSDP of the decision to admit the Bonds to trading on the regulatedmarket
