(the "Company")announces that Central Securities Depository of Poland (the "CSDP") saidin its Statement No. 1084/2024 of November 5th 2024 that the 750,000Series AP1 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000879 (the "Bonds"), will be registered withinthree days of the receipt by the CSDP of the decision to admit the Bondsto trading on the regulated market.
