The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company" or "Issuer") announcesthat the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE"), byResolution No. 1572/2024 of December 4th 2024 on the introduction totrading on the Catalyst market of Series AP2 bearer bonds issued by KRUKS.A., decided as follows:

1) that 1,250,000 Series AP2 bearer bonds issued by KRUK S.A, with anominal value of PLN 100 per bond, assigned by the Central SecuritiesDepository of Poland code _#8216;PLKRK0000887', will be introduced to tradingon the main market as of December 6th 2024;

2) that the bonds specified above will be listed in the continuoustrading system under ticker symbol _#8216;KRU1130'.
