The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company" or "Issuer") announcesthat the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE"), byResolution No. 214/2025 of February 20th 2025 on the introduction totrading on the Catalyst market of Series AP3 bearer bonds issued by KRUKS.A., decided as follows:

1) that 1,000,000 Series AP3 bearer bonds issued by KRUK S.A, with anominal value of PLN 100 per bond, assigned by the Central SecuritiesDepository of Poland code 'PLKRK0000895', will be introduced to tradingon the main market as of February 21st 2025;

2) that the bonds specified above will be listed in the continuoustrading system under ticker symbol 'KRU0231'.
